FAQ's Sydney

When is the event?
July 13-15 at the Royal Hall of Industries, Moore Park.
What are the ticket prices?
Children under 16 free!
Adult $25 online (plus mailing/pick-up fee) $25 at the door
Concessions $20 online (plus mailing/pick-up fee) $20 at the door
Is there disability access?
Disabled parking is available in the multi-level car park of Lang Road. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible. For further information please call Playbill Venues.
What is the Bike Valet?
If you ride your bike to the show you can use our secure bike valet brought to you by mybikeRego. Simply bring your bike into the show and leave it with the Bike Valet. Remember to hold onto your ticket so you can collect your bike as you leave. This service is free of charge and subject to availability. (Sydney only)
Can I bring a camera?
Yes. You must have the permission of the person you are taking a picture/ filming before you take the picture/ footage.
Can I get a pass out?
No. There is food and drink as well as amenities inside the venue so a pass out should not be necessary.
Can I purchase tickets on the day?
Yes, there will be ticket booths open on each day of the show.
What are the events attractions?
Exhibits and stands from a wide array of cycling and lifestyle goods and service providers as well as an Australian Cycling Museum, BMX and Mountain Bike demos, freestyle demos, workshops, on-stage panels and entertainment as well as an interactive zone and much, much more.
Are there ATMs on site?
There will be an ATM onsite, however lines can get quite long, so we suggest you use the ATM’s located in the Entertainment Quarter before you enter the Expo.
What are the parking & public transport options?

As timetables change so frequently we always suggest you check www.131500.com.au for up to date train and bus timetables.

Train
  • Make your way to Central, Wynyard or Town Hall stations. From there, you can connect with the 339 bus service, which brings you directly to Fox Studios.
  • Town Hall, Bondi Junction and Wynyard stations connect with frequent bus services which run along Moore Park Road or Anzac Parade, and have stops close to Fox Studios Australia.

Bus
The closest train station to Moore Park is Central. Sydney Buses operate regular services from Central to Moore Park.
  • Routes 339, 374, 376 and 391 depart from Eddy Avenue stand C. Alight at the first stop on the bus roadway at Moore Park.
  • Routes 372, 393 and 395 depart from Eddy Avenue stand C. Alight at the first stop on Anzac Parade.


Taxi
Fox Studios Australia operates a managed taxi rank within the site from Errol Flynn Boulevard.

By Car
Car parking is available in Fox Studios multi-deck car park at the following rates. Entry is via Lang Road, off Anzac Parade, Moore Park.

A parking flat rate of $20 now applies to special event days. However, upon validation of your parking ticket the standard rates below will apply. Special event days are determined by the Entertainment Quarter. We apologize for any inconvenience.
